YOU CAN CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER AND TRACK ITS DELIVERY AT ANY TIME IN YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT OR BY CLICKING ON TRACK ORDER IN THE FOOTER OF THE WEBSITE.
You can return your online purchase within 30 days from the delivery or pick up date. Returns are complimentary and our orders come with a prepaid return label. Please note, Saint Laurent is not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative carrier service, we recommend using the prepaid label.
Please note that ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE COUNTRY/REGION OF PURCHASE.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the online return form by clicking on "Returns" in your order history in My Account. After submission of your request, we invite you to return your order within 14 days.
2. Make sure your item(s) are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached including gift packaging.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box and attach the enclosed return shipping label over the initial delivery label.
4. Contact DHL EXPRESS to arrange a pick-up at your convenience or drop off your return at one of the carriers access points.
To organize the pick-up of your return on the DHL website or by phone, you will need the waybill number that you can find on the pre-paid label.
For more information on the carrier and its access point locations, please contact our Client Service or visit the DHL website.
If you wish to return your item in store, please visit the store locator on YSL.COM to find the nearest store. On behalf of our clients, free standing stores will facilitate a return by shipping parcels back to our warehouse. Upon arrival and acceptance of the returned parcel and merchandise a refund will be administered.
Kindly note, returns are not possible in department stores or outlets locations.

Cancel your order:

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.
For mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times.
Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

The leathers of Saint Laurent goods are strictly selected and follow sustainability guidelines.
Each leather has its own specificities and should be taken care carefully.
We recommend that you keep your goods in their original flannel when they are not used, avoid contact with abrasive material and perfume, make-up, cream, oil, alcoholic gel, avoid long exposure to the sun and heat and avoid contact with water.
Please note that it is not recommended to put in contact lightcoloured goods with dark clothes.

Please note that it is highly recommended to not use generic products that could damage leathers.
Complimentary alteration service is available for full price garments within four months after purchase. This complimentary service is available for basic alterations. Other alterations are available but will incur a charge.
Alterations for sale items and garments after four months of purchase will be charged.
Saint Laurent offers repair services for products purchased from ysl.com, Saint Laurent stores and authorized retailers.
Please contact our Client Service department by e-mail for inquiries about repairs or visit your local store where your item(s) will be assessed for repair.
Not all repairs are possible however we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF BOXES DELIVERED ARE AS STATED ON THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, AND THAT THE PACKAGE IS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. You can return your online purchase within 30 days from the delivery or pick up date. Returns are complimentary and our orders come with a prepaid return label. Please note, Saint Laurent is not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative carrier service, we recommend using the prepaid label.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the online return form by clicking on "Returns" in your order history in My Account. After submission of your request, we invite you to return your order within 14 days.
2. Make sure your item(s) are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached including gift packaging.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box and attach the enclosed return shipping label over the initial delivery label.
4. Contact DHL EXPRESS to arrange a pick-up at your convenience or drop off your return at one of the carriers access points.
To organize the pick-up of your return on the DHL website or by phone, you will need the waybill number that you can find on the pre-paid label.

If you wish to return your item in store, please visit the store locator on YSL.COM to find the nearest store. On behalf of our clients, free standing stores will facilitate a return by shipping parcels back to our warehouse. Upon arrival and acceptance of the returned parcel and merchandise a refund will be administered.
Kindly note, returns are not possible in department stores or outlets locations.

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 Business days after the item(s) have been received by the Saint Laurent team.
Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. A confirmation will be send to you by email once the refund has been completed.

YOU WILL SEE THE REFUND IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
- CASH ON DELIVERY:
YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH WIRE TRANSFER TO A BANK ACCOUNT THAT SHOULD BE INDICATED IN THE RETURN FORM. YOU WILL SEE THE REFUND IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
