These terms and conditions of sale govern all purchases made through the www.YSL.com United States web site (“Site”), operated by Yves Saint Laurent America, Inc. (“YSL” or “we”). Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully before using the Site. If you prefer not to accept any or all of these terms and conditions of sale, please refrain from using this Site to make any purchases. Your use and access of this Site implies that you agree to comply with, and to be bound by, these terms and conditions of sale. YSL reserves the right to, from time to time, modify these terms and conditions of sale in its sole discretion. By using this Site after any such modification, you agree to comply with, and to be bound by, the terms and conditions of sale as modified.

PURCHASING
Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through the Site or through the assistance of our stores or personal shopping associates. On-line purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the continental U.S. If you are not a resident of the United States, please select another country by clicking on Country and Language.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
YSL products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. If you would like to purchase additional quantities, a YSL sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email or phone. Pre-order:
Some products that are not currently available can be pre-ordered. As soon as the product is available, the Site will contact the client by email or by phone to inform him/her the product is ready to be shipped. The pre-order process shall be the same, as for other purchase orders. You agree that if you pre-order a YSL product, you will be charged at the time that the product is shipped to you.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this Site, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. YSL accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but may be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes.

SALES TAX
YSL charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from estimated tax.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, YSL online purchases will require an adult (21 +) signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. YSL cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

TRACKING
A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a YSL sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email or phone.

RETURN INFORMATION
Thank you for shopping at our Site. Please remember that the Return Policy described below applies to purchases completed only on the Site, which services orders shipped within the United States.
Full-priced merchandise must be returned to the Site within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged with tags attached, and accompanied by the original www.ysl.com invoice. Sale merchandise is final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements in our sole discretion. Returns will only be granted to the original purchaser of the merchandise.

RETURN BY MAIL
1- Indicate the reason code for return on your original www.ysl.com invoice and include this invoice with the corresponding merchandise inside your package.
2- Attach the pre-paid UPS shipment label from your order paperwork to the exterior of your shipment packaging. Please take note of the UPS return tracking number for your records.
3- Drop your package off at a verified UPS location for delivery to our return facility.

Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. YSL will contact customers by phone or email to confirm the arrival of returned merchandise. YSL is not responsible for merchandise stolen or lost in transit to our return center.

EXCHANGE IN STORE
1- Merchandise purchased on the Site and brought to a YSL store is subject to exchange only for product of equal value or more. No refunds or store credit will be issued at any YSL store location. For refunds, please see above return by mail instructions.
2- The original www.ysl.com invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
3- Men's merchandise can only be exchanged at a YSL store that carries the YSL Mens collection. The Exchange In Store policy does not apply to YSL outlet stores, any YSL affiliates, department stores or any other wholesale distributors.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified and once an order has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our Site or contact a YSL online sales assistant.

GIFT-WRAP
Products purchased from the Site are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature YSL package.

GIFT CARDS
YSL gift cards are available from $100 to $5000 and can be purchased in a YSL store only. They are enclosed in a signature YSL gift box tied with a satin ribbon.
YSL gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any YSL-owned store in the United States and are not redeemable at other department stores or wholesale distributors. YSL gift cards are not redeemable online at this time and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in those states that require redemption for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. YSL is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.

ALTERATIONS
Full-priced YSL products purchased from the Site may be taken, along with the original www.ysl.com invoice, to a YSL store for complimentary alteration service. For a complete listing of all YSL stores in the U.S., please click on Saint Laurent Stores located on the homepage of our Site.

REPAIRS
YSL offers repair service for YSL products purchased online or in a YSL store. We recommend you visit the original YSL store of purchase for assistance with repairs. If you cannot bring the product to the YSL store, please contact us at the following email address: online.assistance@us.ysl.com so that we may provide a more detailed repair assessment. Please be sure to include the repair request, your contact information, and original sales receipt or invoice. All repair information and repair charge estimates will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
