YSL products available for purchase on-line are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make on-line purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. If you would like to purchase additional quantities, a YSL sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email or phone.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Prices displayed on the YSL website are quoted in U.S. dollars. YSL accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
YSL charges state, local and county taxes on on-line transactions, as required by applicable laws.
For security reasons, YSL on-line purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. YSL cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the ship date to www.ysl.com or an Yves Saint Laurent Boutique in the United States.
Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original www.ysl.com invoice. Sale merchandise is final sale.
www.ysl.com and YSL Boutiques reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements. Refunds are made at the discretion of Yves Saint Laurent.
1- Indicate the reason code for return on your original www.ysl.com invoice and include this invoice with the corresponding merchandise inside your package.
2- Attach the pre-paid UPS shipment label from your order paperwork to the exterior of your shipment packaging. Please take note of the UPS return tracking number for your records.
3- Drop your package off at a verified UPS location for delivery to our return facility.
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. www.ysl.com will contact customers by phone or email to confirm the arrival of returned merchandise. www.ysl.com is not responsible for merchandise stolen or lost in transit to the YSL E-Commerce Store.

1- Present the original www.ysl.com invoice at the time of return to an YSL Boutique.
2- Merchandise may be returned to any YSL Boutique for a refund, an exchange or YSL Boutique store credit. The Return In Store policy does not apply to YSL outlet stores or any YSL affiliates.
3- Men's merchandise must be returned to an YSL Boutique that carries the YSL Mens collection.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. Products purchased from YSL on-line arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature YSL package. Gifts will be shipped with a priceless invoice, necessary for any exchange.
Yves Saint Laurent gift cards are available from $100 to $5000 and can be purchased in an Yves Saint Laurent Boutique only. They are enclosed in a signature Yves Saint Laurent gift box tied with a satin ribbon.
Yves Saint Laurent gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any Yves Saint Laurent owned store in the United States. They are not redeemable online at this time and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in those states that require redemption for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Yves Saint Laurent is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.
Full-priced YSL products purchased from YSL on-line may be taken, along with the original sales slip, to a YSL Boutique for complimentary alteration service. For a complete listing of all YSL Boutiques in the U.S., please click on the Store Locations link located on the homepage of our website.
YSL offers repair service for YSL products purchased on-line or in a YSL Boutique. We recommend you visit the original boutique of purchase for assistance with repairs. If you cannot bring the product to the YSL Boutique please contact us at the following email address: online.assistance@us.ysl.com so that we may provide a more detailed repair assessment. Please be sure to include the repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. All repair information and repair charge estimates will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
