1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS ON PRE-ORDER?
The anticipated ship date for our pre-order items is between four to eight weeks of the date your order is placed. However this delivery window is subject to change, without notice. Please note, any item available for pre-order on YSL.COM is also not immediately available within our US boutiques. While we make every effort to reserve your merchandise, we are unable to guarantee availability. Also, your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment and will not be charged at the time you submit your online order. To receive an updated status on your pre-order, please contact us.

2. Why does the URL change after typing YSL.COM?
As you access YSL.COM the URL may change based on your location, allowing you to view products available for purchase by region. Please note, if an e-store does not yet exist in your region, the URL will remain and display products available in the United States.

3. How can I change my country selection on YSL.COM?
Using the navigation menu on the left hand side of your webpage, you may choose the country and language you wish to view. Please note, by changing your country selection your shopping cart will be emptied. Should you wish to change languages during your visit, your cart’s contents will not be emptied.

4. What does it mean if an item is “available for pre-order?”
Any item available for pre-order is not immediately available for shipment on YSL.COM or within our YSL boutiques. Production delivery dates are subject to change, but you may contact us at any time to receive an update on your pre-order. Please note, you will not be charged for your order at the time of checkout, but rather when the item is ready to ship.

5. Can I use my existing YSL.COM account on the new Saint Laurent website?
If you have created an account prior to October 1st 2012, you may access it with your previously registered e-mail address and password. Please note, any account previously registered to the Swiss site will need to be recreated.

6. In what currency will my order be charged?
Please note orders placed on YSL.COM or YSL-INTERNATIONAL.COM will be charged in US Dollars. Orders placed on YSL.FR or YSL.EU will be charged in Euro. Orders placed on YSL.CO.UK will be in GBP. Orders placed on YSL.JP will be in Yen.

7. What countries does Saint Laurent ship to?
YSL.COM offers shipping within the US.
YSL.FR offers shipping within France.
YSL.EU offers shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
YSL.CO.UK offers shipping within the United Kingdom.
YSL.JP offers shipping within Japan.
YSL-INTERNATIONAL.COM offers shipping within Canada.

8. What countries does Saint Laurent ship to?

9. How can I determine my size?

10. Will I need to register an account to place my order?
Registered account holders enjoy privileges such as a stored Address book, access to store appointments and fittings, order history, wishlists, and e-mail updates. However, guest checkout is available without registration.

11. Does YSL.CH still exist?
No, please note if you were a registered user of the YSL.CH site you will need to re-register with YSL.EU. You may shop on YSL.EU for shipment to Switzerland with prices in Euro. Kindly contact customer care for additional information.

12. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Yves Saint Laurent is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

*For security reasons, YSL on-line purchases will require an Adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS.

13. MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at 1-800-399-0929, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, please feel free to browse our current assortment or contact a YSL.COM Personal Shopper for assistance.

14. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Please note, your transaction will be charged once your order is ready to ship. We must first verify your card details, confirm stock availability, receive credit authorization, and prepare the order for shipment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized $1.00 for verification purposes. As these $1.00 tests are only authorizations, they will be removed from your credit card statement in 7-10 business days. Yves Saint Laurent reserves the right to divide orders depending on product availability. As a result the amounts charged to your credit card will reflect this. 15. WHY IS MY PAYMENT BEING REJECTED?
If you are experiencing difficulty processing your payment on YSL.COM, please refer to the below list of possible reasons: For security purposes, we are unable to identify the exact reason for the denial. For further details, we kindly recommend contacting your issuing bank.

• Incorrect billing and/or shipping information
• Card holder authorization requested by issuing bank
• Insufficient funds

16. HOW MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Returns
For online purchases, YSL will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise is final sale. Refunds may only be completed by mail. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment along with a return label that is pre-paid by YSL and of no cost to you. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
Exchanges
At this time, YSL.COM does not facilitate merchandise exchanges. However, we invite you to return your merchandise for a refund using the UPS prepaid label included in your order paperwork. As your card is refunded, we will promptly notify you via e-mail message. Additionally, you will need to submit a new order for the size you wish to purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

17. I RETURNED MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will make every effort to ensure a prompt return and send an email notification once your return has been processed. We would like to confirm that returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt to our return location. Once processed, please allow your credit card issuing bank up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account and 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.

Unfortunately, if the item you are viewing is not displaying as available for pre-order, we are not informed if it will be included in future collections.
